3-Day Registration
3-Day registration (Thursday – Saturday) includes all ATA65 sessions and events, unless indicated that additional registration is required.
1-Day and 2-Day Registrations
1-Day and 2-Day registrations (Thursday – Saturday) include only those ATA65 sessions and events that occur on your registered day(s).
Sessions will not be recorded

AST COURSES
Advanced Skills and Training (AST) Day takes place Wednesday, October 30th. Additional fees are required separate from your 1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day conference registration.
- $150 for each course
- $200 for Preparing for ATA's Certification Exam course
DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
First-Time Attendees:
If you are attending your first ATA Annual Conference (subject to verification), you are eligible for a $75 discount on your 3-Day registration.
International Federation of Translators (FIT):
If you are a member of a FIT association, you are eligible to receive the ATA Member rate for conference registration. To receive the member rate, you must upload proof of membership in an association that is a member of FIT. Please check if your association is a FIT member here: http://en.fit-ift.org/members-directory/.
*These discounts cannot be combined with any other discount and are not available for those registering at the ATA student rates. FIT members are eligible to pay member rates for any of 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day registration.
Cancellation Policy
Requests must be received in writing by October 14, 2024 to be considered for a refund, subject to a $75 administrative fee. Refunds will not be honored after October 14, even in the case of program changes or cancellations.
For AST Courses, refer to the cancellation policy on each course.
